Opportunity for independent practice or possible employed position LCSW, LPC, LMFT, COUNSELOR

Unique opportunity for an independent practitioner for outpatient counseling in Salem.  I am interested in expanding my busy psychiatric practice in Salem by creating a collaborative relationship with a licensed counselor in Salem, Oregon.  I would provide ongoing support, referral base, and medication management for adult and geriatric patients.  The position could be as an independent practice with shared space, and full administrative support, or possibly an employed position.

We're seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator (Child and Family Therapist) for our community based Youth and Family Services.  The Clinical Care Coordinator implements strength-based, wraparound service delivery for clients and families utilizing system of care core values and principles; coordinates client and family services and activities with other agency and community resources and providers in congruence and support with Child and Family Team; facilitates Child and Family team meetings; provides competent therapeutic coordination of care, consistent with policy and regulation; works with Child and Family Team to develop and implement Behavioral Support Plan for client and family; participates in training sessions and meetings as required; ensure skills trainers are consistently provided adequate supervision in the performance of their provision of care and through routine staff meetings; ensures all documentation is complete; provides and implements individual, family and group psychotherapy as required.

The successful candidate will have a clinical master's degree in social work, counseling psychology, child and family therapy, art therapy, or a closely related clinical discipline; have two years' experience working in a mental health delivery setting, have the ability to relate effectively with clients and families and respond to crisis situations; and be able to meet agency driving requirements.  We strongly prefer candidates who hold current LMFT, LPC, or LCSW licensure, and bilingual Spanish-English positions are available.  A pre-hire drug screen and criminal background check are required.

Family Therapist

De Paul Treatment Centers serves the greater Portland community by providing drug and alcohol addiction treatment services. We currently have a full-time opening for a Family Therapist in our youth facility. This position provides education, treatment and support to both residential and outpatient Drug and Alcohol clients and their families/significant others.  Duties include assessment of family history/functioning, family-focused therapy with individuals, couples, families and multi-family group.  Masters degree in relevant field required with at least one year of paid and supervised experience doing family therapy.  Must be available Saturdays and a minimum of two evenings per week.  Experience working with addiction is preferred.  Bilingual and bicultural applicants are encouraged to apply. Supervision provided for hours towards licensure. 

 All positions at De Paul require 2+ years’ continuous sobriety, if recovering.

We're seeking a Foster Care Manager with strong clinical skills at our Gresham Campus.  The Foster Care Manager is responsible for general oversight and supervision of our therapeutic foster care programs, including the development, implementation, and supervision of foster care programs; supervision of clinicians, case managers, and skills trainers providing services to foster families; provides, training, guidance, and support to foster parents and families as required; establish and maintain positive relationships with foster care providers, oversight and referral partners, agency staff and management, and others; and other and related tasks.  The successful candidate will have a master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, clinical psychology, or a closely related clinical discipline, with professional licensure preferred; have at least three years’ experience in community based programs for children and families, including supervisory experience; have the ability to relate effectively with clients and families and respond to crisis situations; and be able to meet agency driving requirements.  A pre-hire drug screen and criminal background check are required.
